Odst ECT Network

About this event

The Odst ECT Network brings together early career teachers across Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust for mentoring and peer support. Held at St Mary's Convent, Retreat Wing and Maribel Conference Centre in Wantage, the session gives ECTs space to discuss classroom challenges, share practice with colleagues at a similar stage, and connect with mentors who have been through the same process. It suits teachers in their first two years of the profession looking for practical advice and a wider support network beyond their own school. Attendance is free, and the format favours conversation over presentation, so expect genuine exchange rather than lectures.
